Your privacy and data security is important to us. No personal information is stored on this webserver and we never share your contact information with any third party without your approval. All communication between RD Services and your company is considered confidential and is not disclosed to any third party except as required by law. Non-proprietary information may be disclosed to internal staff, or third parties as needed to supply information that you request. Any data attachments transmitted to us by you via email is saved to our company servers and maintained in encrypted folders using strong encryption. When a customer project is complete all transmitted data is securely deleted from our servers using methods rendering it beyond recovery. RD Services is bound by US Commerce Department export laws 22 U.S.C. 2778-2780 of the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 CFR Parts 120-130); the Wassenaar Arrangement, and US department of state Commerce Control List (CCL) within the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which includes items (i.e., commodities, software, and technology) subject to the export licensing authority. All information we provide to our international customers we believe to be in compliance with these requirements. Requests for consulting services that may constitute an export of technology covered under the above requirements will require obtaining an appropriate US export license in advance.
